This service is ideal for homeowners, architects, or interior designers who need expert guidance and tailored lighting advice without committing to a full design package at this stage.
What to expect
During a focused 1-2 hour online session, we will collaboratively review your plans and discuss in detail how to light each space, from layering light to specifying fittings. You will gain expert direction and confidence in your lighting plan, whether you are refining a layout or starting from scratch.

Marked-Up Plan: Ideas and lighting designs marked directly onto your plans for both your records and your electrician.
Clear Direction: Expert guidance on spatial planning, switch positioning, control systems, and luminaire selection (decorative and architectural).
Tailored Recommendations: Specific product and budget recommendations suited to your project style.

How to prepare
To make the most of our time together, please email the following information before your scheduled meeting to info@mad-creative.com with title "Online Consultation":
Project Plans: Floor plans showing furniture layouts (sketches are fine!).
Your Goals: A brief summary outlining the specific help you require.
Current State: Photos of the space or house.
Inspiration: Any inspirational imagery, such as Pinterest links or emailed files.

If you’d rather walk the space together, we’re happy to discuss the possibility of a site visit. Just email us at info@mad-creative.com with the same information required for the online consultation (your plans, photos, and a short brief) and include the project address so we can confirm availability and provide a site-visit fee.

Please note our policy regarding cancellations. If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled consultation, the fee is strictly non-refundable. For cancellations made with more than 7 days' notice, we will process a refund of 50% of the total fee paid.
